The Lincoln Heritage Council is one of the oldest local Councils serving both urban and rural areas in the United States. Their first charter was granted under the name "Louisville Council" in 1916.

Sam Swope Scout Center

All council business may be conducted at the Sam Swope Scout Service Center. This includes membership registration, camp registration, and Scout Shop purchases.

Office Hours:
Monday – Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Eastern)

Scout Shop Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday: Open 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
