Each Scout is scheduled to receive his/her summer camp program supplies either in the mail or via email prior to the start of his/her session which will include: (amount of materials mailed or emailed will depend on the merit badges that a Scout selects to take)

  • Their 2020 Summer Camp Patch. This will be mailed with blue cards after camp is over.
  • Items specific to the programs for which they have registered. This will vary based on the merit badges each Scout signs up for in 2020.
  • In some cases, you may not receive a box prior to camp starting. It may be an envelope, box, or an email with materials.

*In order to ensure we can provide the supplies prior to camp, registration for each session must be done 2 weeks prior to the start of the session.

Each class will be $15.  Additional program fees will apply to some merit badges (For example: Indian Lore $12 and Wood Carving $8).

As we continue to fine-tune and enhance our Virtual Summer Camp experience, we will be sharing more information with everyone through email and our Camp and Council Facebook pages.

We’re now accepting reservations for 2021!

To make your 2021 reservations, fill out this registration form. Reservations require a $100 deposit. Deposit is deducted from the total camp fees and are not refundable or transferrable to the following year. This fee holds your troop’s youth reservations at Summer Camp but does not 100% guarantee your first choice of camp sites. The Summer Camp Director determines final camp site spots for each troop, based on number of youth/adults registered within Tentaroo, one week prior to camp. Camp sites are based on the troop’s preferences, date reservations received at the office, reservations used the prior year, and miscellaneous camp needs.
