Have some off-road fun with the ATV program* offered at Camp Crooked Creek. Spend your evenings kayaking in John Barr Lake or swimming in our new state-of-the-art pool! Practice your aim with Pfeffer Scout Reservation, Camp Roy C. Manchester’s wide range of shooting sports. And cool off on a jet ski or paddle board. Set sail for a week on a 25 foot Catalina sailboat at Aquabase at Pfeffer Scout Reservation.

Pfeffer Scout Reservation, Camp Roy C Manchester

Pfeffer Scout Reservation is located on 400 acres on the shores of Kentucky Lake in far Southwestern Kentucky. Located near Benton, Kentucky, Pfeffer Scout Reservation is easily accessible from anywhere in the middle part of the United States. It is only moments from Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area and only a day’s drive to the large metropolitan areas of St. Louis, Memphis, Louisville, and Nashville.

Aquabase at Pfeffer Scout Reservation

Pfeffer Scout Reservation is home to Aquabase, mid-America’s premier sailing program on beautiful Kentucky Lake. Covering 160,300 acres, this exciting program provides twenty-five foot Catalina sailboats and spend an adventure together for a week! In addition to Aquabase, motorboating, small boat sailing, swimming, and rowing can also be undertaken at the Waterfront.

Camp Crooked Creek

Boy Scout camp is a week long resident camping experience for Scouts from age 11 to 17 years old. While providing Scouts will an excellent opportunity for advancement, summer fun and new experiences, there are many camp activities that will strengthen your patrol and troop organization. Troops also have the opportunity to earn merit badges and obtain skills and knowledge to make their year-round program safer and more fun. Be sure that your Scouts do not miss the great experience of Camp Crooked Creek.

Winter Camp
Pfeffer Scout Reservation will host the annual Winter Camp program where Troops can enjoy a winter camping adventure of 4 nights and 5 days participating in fun activities such as a Polar Bear Plunge and Eskimo Luau while working on S.T.E.M. focused merit badges. The leader’s guide provides detailed information about the event including schedules, program offerings and a registration form.
